In order to comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) the personal data provided will be used exclusively by VVD International for its Rainbow Platform initiative and the implementing party in order to fulfil their legal obligations under European and Dutch law with regards to project administration and accountable public spending.

By signing this form, subscribers confirm their intention to receive emails from the Rainbow Platform, its programs, events, calls for action, and activities, also it authorises the Rainbow Platform staff to contact directly the provider of the data by email and post. For it, the subscriber agrees to providing all necessary data and consent to the use of this data exclusively for the before-mentioned purpose. If a participant opts not to provide the data required, participation to the event may be revoked by VVD International and its Rainbow Platform initiative. The participant can at any time notify VVD International and its Rainbow Platform initiative if he/she wants access to and rectification or erasure of personal data or restriction of the processing of said data by contacting hello@rainbowplatform.eu

Data may be retained as long as participants do not oppose to the processing of their data, however, personal data may be stored for a longer period in order to establish, exercise and defend our legal position in the event of claims or disputes.
