About the Rainbow Platform
Representation in European politics still does not reflect the diversity of our societies. Too many voices remain underrepresented - from LGBTQI+ people to Roma communities, persons with disabilities, women, and speakers of minority languages. When people are missing from decision-making, their realities are too often overlooked in policy.
Rainbow Platform exists to change that.
We bring visibility to leaders, advocates, and changemakers who stand for equality, inclusion, and fundamental rights across Europe. By amplifying diverse voices and highlighting liberal leadership, we aim to inspire political participation and ensure that those shaping our societies truly reflect them.
Because democracy works best when everyone is seen, heard, and represented.
Our vision:
We aim to showcase the commitment of the liberal cause towards more equality and more diversity in representation. We do so by working with liberal political parties on making their structures more diverse and inclusive for political talent to grow and by highlighting the work, achievements, role models, and ambitions of the liberal movement to engage diverse politically engaged people.
